With over 50 years of experience, Bos Nieuwerkerk is a specialist in turnkey flue gas systems. Heat Matrix has been leading in heat recovery and heat integration for nearly 20 years. Together, we form the BN/HM Group, helping clients make major strides in improving and decarbonising their process installations. You’ll be working at Bos Nieuwerkerk, where we combine short communication lines with a close-knit team and a personal approach.
Your role
As Coordinator Procurement & Work Preparation, you are the link between engineering, production and assembly. You ensure that materials and services are purchased on time and within budget, and that work preparation runs efficiently. Thanks to your coordination, our projects stay on schedule and your colleagues can perform at their best.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organise operational workflows
- Procure materials and services, with attention to quality and delivery times
- Support production and assembly with efficient planning
- Identify and solve bottlenecks in the process
- Conduct and analyse post-calculations to make improvements where needed

Your profile
- MBO-4 (vocational diploma) or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Sheet Metal or similar
- Skilled in reading technical drawings
- A proactive and structured work style
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- VCA certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- Driver’s licence (B)

- Salary: Up to €55,000 depending on your background and experience
- Time off: 25 vacation days + 13 additional ADV days
