Meet assembly lead Mike
Mike has been with Bos Nieuwerkerk for several years. He started as a mechanic and is now one of our assembly leaders. His story shows that your background doesn’t have to define where you end up — because before joining us, Mike worked as a chef.
The move from the kitchen to engineering was a big change, but also a great opportunity to put his curiosity and hands-on mentality to use in a completely new field. With guidance from colleagues and the freedom to learn, he grew step by step into one of our key assembly specialists.
