Meet process engineer Kirsten
After completing her internship as a mechanical engineering student at TU Delft, Kirsten has now been with us for over five years. She started as a Project Engineer and now works as a Process Engineer — the field she graduated in and is truly passionate about.
Working on the flue gas and heat recovery systems of the future means improving processes and developing new, more sustainable ways of working.
“For me, the challenge is to translate the assignments we receive into streamlined development processes — from engineering to on-site assembly. At Bos Nieuwerkerk, I have the freedom to map out our workflows and identify where we can take our processes and products to an even higher level.”
With her sharp eye for process optimisation and her strong focus on quality, Kirsten is the connecting factor in all our processes — from quotation to installation. No workflow escapes her critical yet constructive eye.
“For several years now, I’ve been part of the wonderful family that is Bos Nieuwerkerk and Heat Matrix — a family that cares for one another and allows you to be yourself. And a family that works together on great projects, contributing to a better industry and a better future.”
