Meet production worker Johnny
Johnny has been part of Bos Nieuwerkerk for seven years. With a steady hand, he welds the cleanest seams in steel, stainless steel and aluminium. He’s also jointly responsible for the final quality control of various products before they are delivered.
A warm welcome
With 25 years of experience, Johnny joined Bos Nieuwerkerk seven years ago — and describes it as stepping into a warm bath.

Learning new techniques
When Johnny started with us, he was eager to learn new techniques. Plate rolling, for example, was something he hadn’t done much before. With help from his colleagues, he mastered the skill in no time.
