Fifty chimneys in fifty years
Bos Nieuwerkerk is celebrating its 50th anniversary. And after half a century, we’ve come to realise that we’ve been far too modest for far too long. It’s that familiar no-nonsense mindset—rooted in our region and our industry.
But the challenges we face today and tomorrow won’t be solved with modesty. The planet is warming. We’re in the middle of an energy crisis. Resources are becoming scarce. Global food supply is under pressure. And here in the Netherlands, we face a critical shortage of technical professionals. Every entrepreneur is touched by these themes—our clients, our suppliers, and ourselves. And if there’s one thing entrepreneurs do, it’s turning challenges into opportunities.
That’s why we’re investing in innovation—so we can do more work, at higher quality. We’re reducing our own carbon footprint, and helping our clients do the same—by focusing on flue gas and heat recovery. Fifty years after our founding, our ambitions are bigger than ever. We’ve evolved from chimney supplier to designer and provider of the cleanest possible turnkey flue gas and heat recovery systems—systems that no longer waste energy, but reuse it. We call this: the chimney of the future. And through it all, we’ve remained a true family business. A little prouder, and a little less modest.
