Girls’ Day 2025 at Bos Nieuwerkerk and Heat Matrix
Today, we opened our doors at Bos Nieuwerkerk and the HeatMatrix Group to girls aged 10 to 15. We introduced them to the world of technology—and showed them how we work together with our clients and partners to create a better and more sustainable industry.
Technology is everywhere. It shapes our daily lives and the future of our society. But did you know that only 16.5% of technical and IT professionals in the Netherlands are women?
We want to change that. A big thank you to VHTO for organising this fantastic day! We’re proud to support more girls and women in STEM—Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Because this is where the jobs of the future begin.
And the earlier you show how fun, challenging and meaningful technology can be, the better. Today, we definitely saw some young talents from ONC Zoetermeer get inspired. And that gives us energy!
