In 2025, we took meaningful steps in technology, people and innovation. Watch the video, relive our highlights and feel the energy we’re carrying forward into 2026.
We kicked off the year with a strong start to our vitality programme and opened our doors for Girls’ Day, inspiring the engineers of tomorrow. With the launch of NOVA, our own AI assistant, we started working together in a smarter, more enjoyable and more efficient way.
There was also plenty happening beyond our own walls. More than 1,500 children aged 10 to 14 experienced technology through a unique VR experience on a 60-metre-high chimney. We also launched the campaign Love for technology starts with play, highlighting how curiosity and enthusiasm for engineering begin at an early age. Our vibrant family day once again showed what we stand for as a family business: laughing together, enjoying the moment and taking pride in what we build.
We celebrated special milestones, such as Johnny’s ten-year anniversary – a great example of craftsmanship, humour and energy in our production team. For our customers, we once again delivered impressive projects in flue gas systems and heat recovery. At the same time, we continued to develop Lekker Werken, our strategy for an inclusive, healthy and sustainable future, and launched our new careers website.
In short: 2025 was a wonderful year. We thank our team, customers and partners for their trust and collaboration. On to 2026 – we wish everyone a very happy and successful new year.
